If you're getting errors logging into our sites, the most common cause is an extra space in the username or password field.  

This happens frequently when customers "copy" the username and password from another source and accidentally copy a space.   Please make sure you do not have an extra space.  

Also, if you've requested a new password and haven't received it.  Check your junk mail or spam folder.
